Clase El Faro
El Futuro ofrece una clase gratuita para cualquier padre de habla hispana que tenga un hijo con TDAH. Esta es una clase de 5 semanas que se lleva a cabo durante todo el año. Los participantes reciben un libro de trabajo por correo y un certificado de finalización por asistir a las clases. Registro aqui
Círculo de Apoyo para mamás: Un dia a la vez y de tí misma
We are inviting Latino women who are pregnant and moms who are breastfeeding children up to two years old to come to the Circle. It will be all in Spanish. We are calling the series Un Dia a la Vez, and the first one will be Cómo Cuidar de tu bebe y de tí misma? with the intention to allow the women in the group to bring up their own questions and ideas for the other three meetings.
The series will meet on March 29, April 12, May 24 & June 14 from 10-11 am at El Futuro in Durham
Lazos Fuertes: Hablemos sobre la autolesión
This is the group for parents to learn about different mental health topics and strategies to support their pre-adolescents and adolescents. The first group will take place on March 20th, 2024 from 6pm-7pm. There is also an option available in the Groups Referrals form to refer a client!
Sembremos juntos / Cuentos / Limpieza del greenspace
We will have a day to clean up the creek, care for the Therapeutic Green Space, have seeds and planting time for the community and a Storytime for children on Saturday, March 23rd. Register sending a text with the word “SEMBRAR” to 919 886 7656
