Jacqueline Nuñez is a first-generation Mexican-American who grew up in a small town named Sanford here in North Carolina. Jacqueline attended college at the University of North Carolina-Wilmington, receiving her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work. During undergraduate and graduate school, she gained experience and passion for working with children and families toward positive mental health changes. This drive leads Jacqueline to El Futuro, whose mission aligns with her personal goal – to create an environment to heal and grow. Jacqueline enjoys arts and crafts such as painting and drawing, spending time in nature, reading, and spending quality time with loved ones. Book: Verity – This is a must-read if you’re into suspenseful books!
