Ana Van de Verter is a National Senior Strategist for Individual Giving at the American Red Cross, where she partners with fundraisers nationwide to design and implement customized strategies for six- and seven-figure philanthropic investments. Her work includes supporting complex donor engagements, crafting compelling cases for support, and guiding initiatives from strategy through stewardship. She also oversees the Chairman’s Council Program and leads national donor engagement opportunities, including disaster observation visits and executive briefings.

Ana brings a strong commitment to community leadership and inclusion. She has served in leadership and advisory roles with Las Chicas del Barrio, the Raleigh Chamber of Commerce, and the American Red Cross Latino Employee Resource Group, contributing to philanthropic growth, professional development, and the amplification of Latino voices. She holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Texas at Arlington.
